Reservations Policy
1. Reservation and Booking:
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or a valid credit card guarantee.

Bookings can be made online, through phone, or in person.

Guests must provide accurate contact information while making a reservation.
2. Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers. EFT payments need to be made two days in advance to allow it to clear.

Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon checkout.
3. Cancellation:

For bookings cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

For bookings cancelled between 5 -13 days before the scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost will apply.

For bookings cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date, or in case of no-shows, the full reservation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Any modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation request is received.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Processing times for refunds may vary based on the payment provider and bank policies.
5. Early departures
In the event of early departure or a reduction in the length of stay, the remaining nights' charges may apply, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.
6. Force Majeure:
In case of circumstances beyond the control of the guest, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events, the cancellation policy may be waived or adjusted at the discretion of the hotel management.
The hotel is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
7. Group Bookings and Special Offers:
Different cancellation policies may apply to group bookings or reservations made under special promotional offers. These policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
A group is defined as 8 people travelling together in one group where there is one payment. A group discount of 5% can be applied.
8. Long term stays
Long-term stays are bookings of 14 consecutive nights or more at the same hotel.

KRAVIT management reserves the right to accept or reject long-stay bookings.
9. Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for max. 2 hours before check-in or check-out (12 p.m.). It is subject to availability and an additional fee of R350.

10. Identification and Security:

Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in for security and registration purposes, even when the guest has checked in online.

Visitors must be registered at the front desk and may be subject to access restrictions.
11. Occupancy and Extra Guests:

Room rates are typically based on a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 kids per apartment.
12. Damages and Incidentals:

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment or hotel property during their stay.

Depending on the circumstances, a guest may be required to pay for the damages.
13. House Rules:
Guests are expected to abide by the hotel's rules and regulations.

No smoking is allowed indoors.

Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, guests should be considerate of their neighbours.

No pets are allowed at KRAVIT.
14. Privacy and Data Protection:

Guest information is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that violates its policies.
